Tim’s career began with the New Jersey State Police Marine Bureau, where he served as a Marine Police Officer until 1992. He then joined the Roxbury Township Police Department, where he progressed through various roles, ultimately retiring as a Lieutenant in 2013. Tim's journey into law enforcement was profoundly influenced by a childhood role model who guided him toward a path of unwavering commitment to service, loyalty, and building meaningful relationships. He attributes his success to his strong work ethic and his ability to forge lasting connections with colleagues across multiple agencies. These relationships have been instrumental in shaping his leadership style, which is rooted in loyalty, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to doing what is right.

Tim believes in the power of people and relationships, a philosophy that has become the cornerstone of ASI’s values. His leadership approach emphasizes service, trust, and genuine care for others—principles that continue to guide him today.

After retiring from law enforcement, Tim transitioned to the corporate security sector and founded Accomplished Investigative Services. Initially focused on corporate investigations, he sought advice from a mentor, which led him to expand his services. Tim began offering executive protection services and large scale facility security. With a vision for growth, he founded ASI and built the company from the ground up. Through dedication and hard work, ASI has steadily expanded, including a significant west coast expansion in 2019.
